Return Policy

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, simply send it back within 30 days and we’ll refund the full cost of the item minus shipping costs in a store credit.

RRRM will accept items for return or exchange that are in new condition, unworn, unaltered and free of damages by the customer. This includes, but is not limited to the following: deodorant stains, makeup stains from trying on items, perfumes, animal hair/scent, cigarette smoke, obvious wear, mildew scent, etc.

Items must be returned with all RRRM tags still attached and must be in their original packaging. **Shoe boxes are an important part of the product presentation and must be returned undamaged, along with the shoes. This means you CANNOT use the shoe box as the main shipping container, please place shoe box inside of a separate box or bag.**

If the item(s) returned are unable to be resold in their returned condition, you will be subject to a 20% restocking fee OR we reserve the right to send the items back to you.

Defective Items

If you believe you received a defective item you must notify us by Facebook message within three days of the delivery confirmation date, otherwise it is considered wear and tear. No exceptions.

Incorrect or Missing Items

If you received your order and there is an item missing OR you received the incorrect item, you must inform us within 4 days of receiving your order. WE DO NOT DO EXCHANGES, IF YOU NEED A DIFFERENT SIZE OR A DIFFERENT ITEM; PLEASE PLACE A NEW ORDER and return the incorrect item.



All orders are a flat rate shipping of $14.00

We do not ship on weekends. The shipping center is closed on weekends.

We ship through the USPS.

Please include your packing slip with your return. When returning an item with your packing slip, please mark the items you're returning and include the reason for return. If you no longer have your packing slip, please include a note with the following information:

Name, E-Mail, Order Number, Item(s) Description, Reason for Return. If you do not include one of these with your return, it will delay the process.
